As of December 29, 2015, One REIT Inc. became a REIT sponsored by Mizuho Trust & Banking. As of June 1, 2017, it changed its name from “SIA REIT, Inc.” to “One REIT, Inc.” In addition to the support that SIA Group’s asset management has provided until now thorough favorable results, abundant knowledge, and corporate resources, it will pursue “sustainable dividend growth” and “disciplined external growth considering the portfolio and the financial structure,” and will aim to maximize its unitholder value by fully utilizing the support backed by Mizuho Trust & Banking’s ability to collect information, its ability to provide financial solutions, and its creditworthiness.
