Investment Management Policies

  • It places emphasis on the acquisition of compact properties for singles, given the increase in the number of single-person households, attributed to the modern tendency to delay marriage, the increase in the number of female employees, and the increase in the elderly population.
  • It aims to set the investment ratio of provincial cities within the overall portfolio to about 70%. The ratio represented by the major provincial cities (Sapporo, Sendai, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka) should be 50% or more, while that constituted by the other provincial cities should be up to 20%. To ensure the expansion of the asset scale and the dispersion of the portfolio, it also invests in the Tokyo metropolitan area, with a target of about 30%.
